Made You Think!

Our district enrichment coordinator, Mrs. Herr, has created a "Made You Think!" bin.  This week was the beginning of our turn with these fun, creative, and challenging activities.  The purpose of this tub of games and puzzles is to give students a fun way to stretch their minds.  Included in the bin are challenges for all different kinds of intelligences.  Students who are smart with words enjoy different word challenges, while students who are savvy with space and movement enjoy the variety of hands-on puzzlers in the bin.  At every spare moment of the day the fourth graders are asking if they can use the bin.  What a great testimonial to the power of learning when fun and discovery are united!
